1. Returns
We do not accept returns of any products for change of mind, wrong size or color selection, or other reasons not related to product quality or shipping damage.
All sales are final unless the item qualifies under our limited refund conditions below.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
We will refund or replace items only if:
- The product arrives broken, damaged, or defective due to shipping.
- The damage is reported within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product (including packaging if possible), and a clear description of the issue.
- We reserve the right to inspect the photos or request additional information before approving a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Once we approve your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Alternatively, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order qualifies for a full refund due to damage.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
- This policy does not apply to products that have been used, burned, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- We cannot accept returns or refunds for melted, discolored, or otherwise changed candles due to improper storage (such as exposure to heat).
- Customized or personalized candles are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged.
